Our Prophet (salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) explicitly forbade us while fasting from responding back with harsh language or anger to someone who had cursed us. We are told instead to say, ‘I am fasting, I am fasting!’ to remind ourselves, and our adversary, of the sanctity of the fast.

If it is forbidden to display *legitimate* anger during Ramaḍan, how much more forbidden is it, then, to murder people, on a Friday, in the mosque, in the holy month of Ramaḍan?

Truly, one does not need an iota of knowledge to know that such an act has nothing to do with our religion.
